Math Projects 2014

Prathom Three Math students have recently presented their last two projects.

The Survey Project: This project, shown on futureboards, displayed data the students collected by surveying a group of people of their choosing.  They were allowed to display their data in various ways they learned about in class.

The Fraction Museum: Each boy brought in an exhibit that somehow depicted a fraction, either parts of a whole or parts of a set.  Then, they made observations of their peers’ exhibits. It was a an exciting way to integrate both math (fractions) and English (ordinals) in a relevant and practical way.
